Island Ballroom chandeliers: Warm amber colour temperature (approx. 2,700-3,000K). We set manual white balance pre-event by shooting a white card under the house lights. The stage wash and followspot are typically 4,000-5,000K cooler — we use a hybrid preset or alternate settings depending on where the primary action is during the programme.
AV signal access: Shangri-La's in-house AV team (Encore, formerly PSAV) manages the Island Ballroom AV. For the full programme recording add-on, we request a clean programme audio feed from the Encore console directly into our recording system. This requires advance notice — Ro flags this to the in-house AV team before the event.
