Gardens by the Bay — Supertree Grove forecourt, Flower Dome plaza and Cloud Forest event space. High ambient light from the Supertrees at night; supplementary fill is still needed for speech coverage and candid crowd shots. Permit and crew access requirements are strict — we do not organise permits (event organiser's responsibility) but coordinate closely with the Gardens ops team for crew positions on the night.
Sentosa venues — Palawan Beach, Tanjong Beach Club outdoor deck, Capella Singapore garden terrace, Siloso Point, Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa outdoor lawn. Beach and waterfront venues have the highest ambient noise (wind, sea, crowd) — direct audio from the PA and a backup lavalier on the speaker are mandatory, not optional. Golden hour at Sentosa's west-facing beaches (Palawan, Siloso) is exceptional for photography — typically 18:30-19:15 SGT year-round.
Fort Canning Park — popular for outdoor corporate events and charity galas in the Black Box and Spice Garden areas. Heavily shaded canopy means natural light is often blocked entirely; portable fill lighting is needed from the start, not just at dusk. Crew load-in is via the Fort Canning Centre entrance on River Valley Road.
Marina Barrage rooftop — the rooftop lawn is one of Singapore's most distinctive outdoor event settings and one of the most technically challenging. In Singapore, drone operations require a Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) permit for most venues, which must be organised by the event organiser at least 14 days in advance. The CAAS permit covers the airspace; crew operating clearance in restricted zones (within 5km of Changi, Paya Lebar, Seletar airports or near Sentosa cable car zones) requires additional coordination with the relevant authority.

For events in open-air spaces without cover, a short rain delay does not affect the deliverables — the crew holds position and resumes immediately when conditions allow. If the event is cancelled due to weather, the booking terms apply (confirm at quote stage). We do not charge extra for weather-delay coverage.
